Account and registration
We at duit require one valid identity document to verify your age, identity, and eligibility. Acceptable documents include a national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. When you submit your document, we check that:
- Your full name matches your duit account username and registered email
- Your date of birth confirms you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction
- Your document is not expired and is clearly legible
- You are not listed on any regulatory watchlists
KYC verification typically completes within one business day. During holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may take longer.
No. We at duit allow only one account per user. Our KYC system uses your identity document and email address to prevent duplicate accounts. If we detect multiple accounts under the same identity, we suspend all linked accounts and hold any funds pending investigation.
If you have forgotten your password or username, use the password-reset function on the login page. Do not create a new account. Contact our support team if you cannot recover your existing account.
If you cannot log in or suspect unauthorized access to your duit account, take these steps immediately:
- Do not attempt multiple login attempts—this may trigger a security lock
- Use the password-reset link on the login page to set a new password
- Check your email for any unrecognized login notifications
- Contact our support team via the Help menu in the duit app, or email us directly with your username and registered email

Payments and transactions
We at duit support deposits through multiple payment methods. Minimum and maximum amounts vary by method:
- E-wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment): typically our welcome offerinimum, with limits set by your e-wallet provider
- e-wallet: flexible amounts depending on your bank
- Bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet): our welcome offerinimum, with your bank's daily transfer limit applying
Your deposit is confirmed instantly for e-wallets and within standard settlement times (usually same-day) for bank transfers. You can view your deposit history in the Transaction section of your duit account.
We at duit do not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider (such as mobile banking transfer fees or local payment Virtual Account maintenance) are set by those institutions, not by duit. We pass through your full deposit amount to your account and return your full withdrawal amount to your original payment source.
Withdrawal requests are processed through our standard review window before funds return to your registered payment method. If you are withdrawing to a different bank than your deposit source, your bank may apply conversion or transfer fees—contact your bank for details.
